Frequently Asked Questions – Elevate Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service
Pickup & delivery service is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am- 12pm / 2pm - 7pm.
You do not. Just let us know in the "Driver's Notes" where you will be leaving your laundry, so we know where to find it.
Please note that Elevate Laundry is not responsible for stolen laundry.
When you place your order there is a section called "Preferences". It is there where you can tell us if you have any special laundry instructions.
There is not! You can cancel at any time because we are confident that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When you place your order we ask for your credit/debit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry order is ready for delivery.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
If you have recurring service and plan to go out of town, you can access your account and suspend service until you return.
Simply place your order online, choose your pickup and delivery times, and leave your laundry out for our driver. We’ll pick it up, professionally wash, dry, and fold your items, then deliver everything fresh and clean right to your door.
Elevate Laundry provides convenient pickup and delivery laundry service to Richmond, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Katy, Rosenberg, and Pearland, TX. for both residential and commercial customers.
You can schedule your laundry pickup online anytime through our easy booking system. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button to get started. Regular recurring pickups are also available.
Yes! You’ll receive a text message notification when your driver is on the way for both pickup and delivery.
We use a premium laundry detergent for all orders. Hypoallergenic detergent options are also available upon request for sensitive skin.
Yes. We carefully separate whites, colors, and darks to help protect your clothing and maintain fabric quality.
Yes. We provide spot treatment services for an additional fee to help remove stains and heavily soiled areas. Items requiring spot treatment should be placed in a separate plastic bag.
Turnaround time is 48 hours, and we work hard to provide fast, reliable laundry delivery service. Friday pickups are delivered back on Monday.
There is a minimum order requirement of $40.00.
